Music Director and Organist Todd Borgerding
Todd Michael Borgerding holds degrees in musicology from the University of Minnesota (MA) and the University of Michigan (PhD). He has led groups such as the Madison (WI) Chamber Choir, The Academy of Ancient Music (Ann Arbor), and Early Music Ensembles at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Colby College.
As a viola da gambist, he has performed with the Madison Viol Consort, and, more recently, the Maine-based groups: Music’s Quill, and St. Mary’s Schola. In addition to his duties at St. Paul's, Borgerding is a professor of music theory and history and Chair of the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Rhode Island College, where he performs with the Hope Collective for Early Music.
