LindaTaraborelli – Director/Teacher 4’s
Mrs. Taraborelli has taught 4 year olds at St. Paul’s Nursery School from 1984 to present. Her previous teaching experience was teaching 3rd grade in Pascoag, RI. She took over as Director in 2001. Mrs. Taraborelli holds a B.S. degree from Rhode Island College in Elementary Education and has taken additional graduate courses in Education and Child Development. She has a RI Certification in Elementary Education grades K-6.
Carla Andronowitz – Head Teacher 4’sMrs. Andronowitz joined our staff in 2005. She has an extensive teaching background in preschool, kindergarten and 1st grade. Mrs. Andronowitz holds a B.A. in English from Eastern Connecticut State University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut. She is certified in RI in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education.
Lisa Carter – Teacher 4’sMs. Carter has been a member of our staff since 2005. She has had many years of experience teaching in preschool, day care and substituting in public school. Ms. Carter holds a B.A. degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood and a major in Psychology from Rhode Island College. She is certified in RI in Elementary Education grades K-6.
Margaret Fonseca – Teacher 3’sMrs. Fonseca joined our staff in 2005. She has had considerable experience teaching 3 and 4 year olds and previously held the position of Lead Teacher at Cane Child Development Center. Mrs. Fonseca holds a Child Development Associate certificate, accredited through NAEYC in Washington, DC. This is an intensive course for persons involved in Early Childhood Education.
Mary-Kate Mulligan – Teacher Assistant/Office ManagerMrs. Mulligan joined our staff at St. Paul’s Nursery School in 2005. She has worked as a parent volunteer assisting students in grades K-2 and teaching computer skills in the public schools. Mrs. Mulligan holds an A.S. degree in Travel and Tourism and a B.S. degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
Laura Factor – Teacher Assistant/Lunch ProgramMrs. Factor became a member of our staff at St. Paul’s in 2005. She ran a home day care business for many years and most recently worked as a teaching assistant in the public schools. Mrs. Factor studied Theater at The California Institute of the Arts and English Literature at San Diego City College. Mrs. Factor holds a CNA certificate from the V.N.S. and a Teacher Assistant certificate from North Kingstown.
Lynn Varone - Teacher AssistantMrs. Varone joined our staff at S.P.N.S. in 2006. She holds a teacher Assistant Certificate from the State of Rhode Island. Mrs. Varone worked as a para-professional in the North Kingstown Public Schools since the Year 2000. Prior to that, for many years, she ran a day care in her home.
Maria Day Hyde - Music Teacher"Miss Maria" has been with St. Paul's Nursery School since 1991. Along with teaching music and theater in various private schools, she is also the proprietress of "Day Studios", where she teaches piano, voice and guitar to over 35 students. "Miss Maria" is currently a full time student at the University lof Rhode Island where she is prusuing her B.F.A. in Theater.
