February 17th is Ash Wednesday this year, and we will offer the following services:

• 7:30 am – Ash Wednesday Liturgy with Holy Eucharist and the Imposition of Ashes
• Noon - Ash Wednesday Liturgy with Holy Eucharist and the Imposition of Ashes
• 4:00 pm – Children’s Ash Wednesday Service
• 7:30 pm – Ash Wednesday Liturgy with Holy Eucharist and the Imposition of Ashes

As usual the churches of North Kingstown will offer a lunch and meditation each Wednesday of Lent. The meals will begin at noon and will be followed by a presentation by one of the church pastors. This Lent the theme will be Good News from the Wilderness. The schedule of lunches is as follows:

• February 17: N.K. United Methodist Church
• February 24: Wickford Baptist Church
• March3: First Baptist Church in North Kingstown
• March 10: St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church
• March 17: St. Paul’s Episcopal Church
