Please Help Feed the Food Pantry!
Are you hungry? We hope not! Too many in our community are, and they have a wonderful resource in our North Kingstown Food Pantry. Please consider bringing tuna or peanut butter or other nutritious nonperishable foods to church each week. They can be left in the food barrel at the church on Main Street. A small thing for each of us to do could mean a lot to someone else!

The Episcopal Charities campaign for 2010 started the weekend of March 6-7. Please read the Letter to the Parish from Jeff & Thomasine and the following.
Dear Friends2010 is passing very quickly and we hope that you have had a restful and enjoyable summer. Fall is upon us, and as daylight hours grow shorter, so does the time to meet our parish’s annual goal for Episcopal Charities. Unfortunately, because Episcopal Charities donations for the diocese are down significantly this year, offsetting adjustments have occurred on the expense side, with elimination of part-time staff, and, for the first time, and delays in awarding of grants.
Thus far, the 2010 parish annual campaign has raised a total of $27,154 in pledges and gifts from 114 households. This represents 65% of our goal of $41,768, for which we are grateful. But more participation is needed. We need your help to meet our goal, and sustain our long record of being one of the leading parishes in the diocese who supports the work of Episcopal charities. Your gift, no matter how large or small, can make a difference. Please consider renewing or increasing your gift to Episcopal Charities, restoring your support if it has lapsed, or become a new supporter. If you are able to help, please checks payable to “Episcopal Charities Fund” or use a pledge card and envelope from the tract rack in the narthex, and place it in the offering or send to the church office.
We hope and pray that before the year is done, we will be able to meet our goal. With your help, and through your generous giving by God’s grace and blessings, we can provide much needed resources to support so many of our Rhode Island neighbors whose needs exceed our own. Christ has no hands but ours…
“A Bright Future Depends on You.”

A major project during the summer of 2003 was the complete restoration of our bell tower. some pictures during restoration (updated 12-13-03)
The completion of the work was cause for a Lift High The Cross celebration on Sunday, November 2, 2003, as the refurbished cross was raised to the top of the tower. This was a once in a lifetime experience.
St. Pauls received an award from the Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission on April 23, 2005 for the restoration of our bell tower.
