![]() St. Paul’s welcomes the Reverend Fred Nestrock, his wife, Katherine, and daughter, Sarah. Most recently, Fred served as the interim rector of Christ Church, Westerly. He retired from full time ministry this June and comes to us as a part time assistant rector. Fred was born in New York, graduated from Hobart College, and received a Master of Divinity degree from Seabury Western Theological Seminary. He was ordained in 1973 in the Diocese of Chicago. He served several churches in Michigan and Chicago and then went to Loyola University School of Dentistry. He practiced clinical dentistry in nursing facilities and elderly care centers. He also trained as an interim minister and served several parishes while practicing dentistry. He returned to the ministry exclusively in 2000 and served as an interim in New York and New Jersey. On Thursday, December 4 at 11 am, Fr. Nestrock will provide keyboard accompaniment for a carol sing in the church with lunch in the Chapter Room. Senior members and friends are especially encouraged to attend and enjoy this seasonal fellowship, a warm lunch and cookies!
