Classes are going strong and we are settling into a nice routine after the excitement of the holidays. New students and friends are always welcome. Come join us on Sunday mornings during the 9:30 am service and join the fun.

In January, the younger students will share their music with the congregation. Thank you to Kevin and Rini for pulling this together. The children were also taught about the power of prayer when we discussed what they could do in regards to the devastation in Haiti. Again, their compassion for others always amazes me. The Confirmation class spent part of their month interviewing members of the Parish. The questions revolved around faith, prayer, and serving others. Thank you to everyone who was willing to meet with these teens and help lead him or her down the road to self-discovery.

Thank you to all the families who have provided snacks for the children this month. Attendance has been up due to the change in service time (what a wonderful thing), so snacks are always welcome. Just drop them off in the Sunday school office on Sunday mornings and thank you for helping to make this Parish and coffee hour such a welcoming place for these children and teens.
