Church School NewsTwenty children will be participating in a multi-denominational vacation Bible school, July 25-29, at Camp Canonicus. They will be enjoying games, music, Bible stories, swimming, nature, boating and arts & crafts. The basis of the camp is to relate Bible stories to everyday life through prayer and fellowship. They attend camp with many children they will see at school and through their various activities during the year. It’s a fun way for them to realize that we are all God’s children. Keep them in your prayers as they enjoy this time of fellowship and learning.
Parents of campers, please remember that we are responsible for snacks for 200 children one of the days at camp. Each camper needs to bring 10 individually wrapped packages of "crunchy" snacks, e.g., pretzels, popcorn, chips. They need to be brought to "camp central" on the first day of camp. Thank you.
